How do your leagues work?
You sign up as a free agent (solo), small team (if you’ve got a couple friends you want to be on a team with but don’t have enough people for a full team), or full team (# of players required varies by sport. There isn’t a maximum # of players, but keep in mind that sitting on the sidelines is no fun) .
Once registration closes, we organize the teams and assign each of them a captain. Team Captains will be responsible for communicating with their players, so that they know who/how many to expect at each game, and acquiring subs if needed. If your team wants t-shirts (optional $5 at registration or bring $5 to the first game), we’ll let the captain pick a color (first come, first served) and we’ll bring them to the first season game.
We’ll email you a schedule for the season.
Show up. Meet people. Have fun!

Having problems logging in to LeagueApps?
We think that role modelling being active, having fun, and making friends is great parenting! Bring them along so your kid can see how cool you are. And get them some pom-poms.
Many of our participants bring their kids to cheer from the stands, sit in the dugout, or run around with other players’ kids.
If you would like to set up childcare with us during a game, please contact us at (415) 435-4355. We would need a minimum of 3 children signed up.
What if I have kids?
